About the job

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight execution, optimization, freight costing, and multi-modal logistics. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end transportation management solutions for global supply chain operations

Responsibilties

  • Design and configure end-to-end SAP TM processes covering freight unit building, freight order/booking management, planning, execution and settlement inputs Implement optimizer-driven and manual planning, including consolidation, incremental planning, controlled re-planning, freeze-window rules and shipment compatibility checks Configure freight costing and LTL/FTL decision logic using lane rates, carrier tariffs, pallet utilization, stackability, break-even thresholds and transit-time constraints Set up route, carrier, capacity, vehicle/equipment/container selection and multi-modal planning capabilities across Road, Ocean and Air Drive S/4HANA integration, partner determination, product handling/temperature condition data flow, reporting/visibility, functional design, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Required Qualification

  • SAP TM, S/4HANA Integration, Planning & Optimization, Freight Orders/Bookings, Freight Costing, Carrier/Route Management, LTL/FTL, Road/Air/Ocean, Product Handling & Temperature Condition Management.

Skills

Experience with multi-modal transportation including Road Ocean and Air logistics
Knowledge of FCL/LCL transportation scenarios
Experience in capacity resource equipment and container management
Knowledge of consolidation constraints planning freeze windows and transportation optimization
Exposure to transportation reporting shipment visibility KPI dashboards and global implementation/support projects
