We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Workfront Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Workfront, business process consulting, workflow automation, and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will partner with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, design scalable Workfront solutions, optimize marketing and operational workflows, and drive successful implementation from discovery through post-production support. You will act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring best practices, solution adoption, and long-term business value.
Responsibilties
- Implementation: Lead end-to-end Workfront lifecycle (Discovery to Go-Live). Configure templates, custom forms, layouts, queues, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Consulting: Design scalable business process workflows, gather requirements, and lead digital transformation/change management initiatives.
- Integration: Architect connections between Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AJO, AEP, Marketo, Frame.io) using Workfront Fusion.
- Technical: Develop API-driven integrations via REST and Graph QL. Prepare solution design documents and technical artifacts.

Required Qualification
- Experience: 6–10 years in Workfront Consulting or Business Process Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, or Business.
- Consulting: Exceptional client-facing, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote IST shift; occasional travel for client engagements..
