About the job
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer / QA Architect with strong expertise in test automation, Python, and cloud-based testing to lead our quality engineering function. In this role, you will define QA strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and lead QA teams, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant product releases. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle.
Responsibilties
- Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects.
- Own test planning, execution, and delivery for product releases.
- Ensure coverage across: Functional, Regression, Performance, Security testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to align quality with business goals.
- Implement and manage CI/CD testing pipelines.
- Track and report QA metrics, defects, and release quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualification
- 12+ years in software/product testing (manual + automation)......
Skills
Strong expertise in automation frameworks: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium.
Hands-on experience with Python.
Strong experience in API testing.
Postman / RestAssured.
Deep understanding of: SDLC / STLC Agile / Scrum.
Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitLab.
Experience with defect tracking tools: JIRA / TestRail / Zephyr.
Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
Experience in cloud testing (Azure / AWS / GCP)
